Hi, I’m Amberlynn. Most people call me AJ, a childhood nickname given by my now lifelong best friend.
I have been actively on my own personal healing journey since 2009. After I had a near-death experience in February 2012, my purpose was revealed to me, and there was no turning back! Since then, I have been deep into learning all I can about healing trauma and finding my unique spiritual path. In doing so, I have been trained in many modalities, some of which I currently offer.
My hope is to be a safe space for you to authentically be yourself in a judgement-free and loving place. My desire is to assist you in finding yourself, letting go of what no longer serves you, healing your own trauma, and finding freedom in the surrender. All the answers are inside you; I’m just here to remind you! I am also the owner of Vibez and The Sacred Raven Rituals, as well as the host of Soul Wanderings.
In the human design system, I am a 1/3 Emotional Manifestor. I live and practice this system wholeheartedly. It has changed my life. But my greatest titles are Wife, Mom, and Gramma. In my spare time, I am a craft junkie and mixed media artist.

Hi, I’m Natalie. I was introduced to Human Design in 2017 and have been living and experimenting with my Human Design ever since. I have always had an affinity for people, which drove me to leave my federal career and develop my coaching practice. Now, I LOVE working with my coaching clients, guiding them to live their lives by Design. I help them unwind themselves with precision. It feels like therapy but so much different. I have been facilitating grief groups for over 13 years and navigating my own personal grief journey for over 18 years. I am also a host of the Soul Wanderings podcast.
In my personal world, I am a cat mama and one cat short of crazy. I enjoy hiking, gardening, and spending time in my backyard around the fire pit, as well as during the summer months, in the fresh air of my mountain property.

For the last 29 years, Dr. Corey Sondrup has maintained a busy, holistic oriented practice in Ogden as well as a travel/in home practice in Park City, Utah. Dr. Corey’s unique approach of combining eastern and western methods of healing has attracted patients throughout the intermountain states as he balances the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of patient health.
Dr. Corey graduated from Utah State University in 1991 and completed his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Texas Chiropractic College in Pasadena, Texas in 1995. He is also certified as a Functional Medicine practitioner.
In 2023, Dr. Corey became a certified animal chiropractor with a primary emphasis on equines and canines. Dr. Corey completed his training at Options for Animals in Wellsville, Kansas. Dr. Corey is certified by the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association (IVCA) and the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association, (AVCA). Dr. Corey has also received additional training from world renowned animal chiropractor, Jay Komarek, D.C. of Mancos, Colorado.
Currently, Dr. Corey is developing an emotional & trauma release technique for equines and canines. His system is based on all the emotional and energy-based modalities he has used on his human patients and is applying it to animals. His technique is still in the developmental phase but, so far results have been amazing.
Dr. Corey lives in scenic Park City, Utah. When he is not busy treating patients, being a husband and father, Dr. Corey spends his time fly fishing, hunting, skiing and doing occasional acting from time to time. Hi, I’m Deb. I am a mental health therapist specializing in trauma, specifically EMDR
(Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and parts work.
